Caitlin is a psychotherapist and fellow mum of two small children who recently returned to London with her family after living in California for several years.
Caitlin obtained her Masters in Counselling Psychology with a distinction in 2013, from the Wright Institute in Berkeley, California. She trained as a Marriage and Family therapist with Richmond Area Multi Services (RAMS) in San Francisco, California, where she gained extensive experience working with individuals, couples and families alike. She is currently in clinical consultation with a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in San Francisco, California, and is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
Caitlin’s approach is warm, authentic and relationship-led. She is most interested in the connections we make with one another and how good connections can lead to a healthier, happier life.
It is her own life-changing experience of joining a new mothers’ circle after having her first baby abroad that inspired these new mum groups.
